hypomania doesn't develop into full blown mania. The hypomanic stage is justa phrase of more productivity and creativity without
psychosis. People with bipolar 2 disorder must also have had at least one cycle of 
depression . Because the hypomanic stage is not sointense, it is often hard to recognize that someone has bipolar 2 disorder.
