your child to a very good psychologist or psychiatrist to see if he/she may have bipolar disorder. The medication taken for ADHD could be affecting your child. For if your child is bipolar, the medication makes the manic stage worse. Often there is misdiagnosis or your child could be both bipolar and ADHD.
